We believe that a curry should have a liberal but well balanced addition of spices and herbs and our head chef is a master of blending and balancing these flavours. He has over 25 year's experience of Indian cuisine and has worked in a number of 5 star hotels. His expertise is evident in dishes like his Achari Lamb, a curry which is medium in strength, cooked with home made pickle and just the right amount of spice. The Maharani Jhinga is excellent with tasty king prawns cooked with spinach, fresh herbs, garlic and butter.
